Downloads that clean up after themselves.
Installers go after two days, everything else after two weeks. Downloads still in progress are never touched.

Trust
Nothing is ever deleted.
Files are moved to ~/Attic. Attic never deletes anything on its own. Undo a whole sweep or bring back a single file. Tag a file “Keep” and it stays where it is. No account, no uploads.
