The short version
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email to send you one message when Attic launches. We don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing, and we don't track you across the web.
Who is responsible
This site and your data are the responsibility of Pablo Fernández Jiménez, based in Spain. Contact: hello@atticmac.com.
What we collect, and why
- Your email, when you join the waitlist, to send you the launch announcement with the launch price. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- The language of the page and the link you arrived from (for example
?ref=x), stored with your signup so we know which post brought you. - Anonymous usage statistics through Vemetric: which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example the demo or the waitlist), so we know what works. No cookies and nothing stored on your device: visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day.
Where it's kept, and for how long
The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare in the European Union. The launch email is sent through an email delivery provider (Resend). These providers only process data on our behalf. We keep your email until we've sent that one message and delete the waitlist within three months of launch, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by writing to hello@atticmac.com. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The Attic app
The app has no analytics, never uploads your files and needs no account. The only things it sends to our server are your license key and an anonymous device identifier, to check your license.
